Role Overview

Senior Finance Manager, FP&A (Remote)

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, business performance analysis, and executive decision support. As a key business partner to senior leadership, you’ll translate complex financial data into actionable insights that drive growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes
• Build, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for:
  • budgeting, strategic planning
  • scenario analysis
  • investment decisions
• Partner with executive and departmental leaders to assess performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare and deliver executive-ready financial presentations for finance and non-finance audiences
• Drive annual operating plan and long-range planning
• Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations to improve performance
• Support strategic initiatives with financial evaluation, scenario modeling, and business case development
• Develop KPI dashboards and performance reporting tools for key business drivers
• Use AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to improve forecasting/reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, sales, HR, and other functional teams to align plans and goals
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve forecasting methodologies
• Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience
• Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting expertise
• Strong communication skills, including presenting to executive leadership and non-finance stakeholders
• Strong business partnering and influencing skills across functional areas
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with financial planning tools and ERP systems
• Professional experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT (or similar)
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Must be available to work Central Standard Time (CST) business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-site, national, or high-growth organizations
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Experience building automated reporting and forecasting solutions using AI-enhanced tools
• Track record of driving process improvements and finance transformation initiatives

Travel

Approximately 2 trips per year to corporate headquarters for leadership meetings, planning sessions, and team collaboration
