Senior Finance Manager – Finance Operations & Business Performance

Role Overview

Senior Finance Manager for Finance Operations & Business Performance, supporting strategic insights and financial performance across multiple business segments. This is a highly visible role partnering closely with executive finance leadership and supporting finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive finance leadership to drive business performance and strategic initiatives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and executive reporting processes
• Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop actionable insights to support operational and financial decision-making
• Improve reporting, KPIs, and finance processes via standardization, automation, and analytics
• Lead and mentor a team of finance analysts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams
• Support finance transformation and continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
• 7+ years progressive finance experience in manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or similar complex operational environments
• Strong experience in FP&A, manufacturing finance, finance operations, or business performance management
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with ERP systems (OneStream preferred)
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate financial data into business insights
