Senior Finance Manager (Corporate and G&A)

Role Overview

Senior Finance Manager supporting Corporate and G&A (full remote in New York, US). You will lead company-wide financial planning, partner strategically with G&A leadership (People, Legal, IT, Corporate functions), and optimize corporate financial models and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide financial planning processes, including:
  • Annual operating planning
  • Long-range planning (LRP)
  • Rolling forecasts
  • Executive consolidations
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to G&A leadership teams to:
  • Steer critical investment decisions
  • Maximize operational trade-offs
• Architect and optimize corporate financial models, including:
  • SaaS operating metrics
  • Headcount planning frameworks
  • Executive reporting for data-driven decisions
• Build cross-functional partnerships with teams such as:
  • Accounting, Procurement, Total Rewards, and business leaders
• Create executive-ready narratives, presentations, and decision support materials

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance (preferably in high-growth SaaS)
• Advanced financial modeling and analytics, including deep understanding of SaaS unit economics, headcount planning, and operating performance metrics
• Strong expertise in corporate financial planning (annual planning, rolling forecasts, LRP, executive consolidations)
• Proven ability partnering with senior business leaders to influence investment decisions and deliver actionable insights
• Strong executive storytelling and communication skills for synthesizing complex financial data
• Experience leading high-impact finance initiatives, mentoring and elevating analysts/team members
• Ability to operate at both corporate and business-partnering levels in fast-paced environments

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience partnering with G&A functions (People, Legal, IT, Corporate Operations) as a dedicated finance business partner
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning (workflow automation and dashboarding)
• Familiarity with finance and HR systems: TeamOhana, NetSuite, Workday, Coupa
• Knowledge of SaaS operating metrics such as Rule of 40, CAC Payback, Magic Number, and LTV
