Role Overview
Senior Field Marketing & Events Lead (Full Remote)
You will build and own the company’s physical and community presence—driving events and contributing to major market moments with high execution responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full company events calendar, including:
- Industry conferences
- Broker events
- Customer community gatherings
- Develop an scalable field marketing program that supports both:
- Broker channel
- Generator community
- Manage event budgets and execution, including:
- Vendor relationships
- Promotional items and merchandising
- Event discipline and creative delivery
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Sales to support major market moments.
Requirements
- Real execution ownership and ability to manage end-to-end event programs.
- Strong capability to manage budgets, vendors, and event merchandising/promotional assets.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in energy or market-facing go-to-market initiatives.
- Proven ability to build scalable community/event marketing programs.
