Role overview

Senior Executive Recruiter (GTM) at ServiceNow, leading high-impact executive searches primarily for Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to shape talent strategy and deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner for executive searches supporting GTM functions.
• Design and execute talent engagement strategies and innovative executive pipeline strategies.
• Identify, engage, and activate senior/active and passive talent using advanced search techniques.
• Assess candidates for executive-level technical, leadership, and cultural fit.
• Build, track, and report on executive pipeline progress.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (including coordinators and sourcers) to run an efficient, high-quality search operation.
• Maintain strong market intelligence (competitor landscape, executive talent pools, relevant networks/conferences).

Requirements

• Trusted relationship-building with senior hiring managers and ability to influence executive decision-making.
• Experience leveraging AI in recruiting workflows (e.g., sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, or data synthesis).
• Deep experience recruiting for Go-To-Market roles (Sales and Customer Success), with ability to support corporate function searches as needed.
• Strong executive candidate engagement skills and executive presence to activate and advise senior passive candidates.
• 10+ years of executive search experience (ideally a mix of search firm and in-house), with a track record placing Senior Director and above (VP/SVP/C-level).
• Proven ability to build and manage senior-level pipelines for hard-to-fill, high-visibility roles.

• Strong knowledge of executive talent pools and networks/conferences relevant to the GTM market.
