Senior ERP & Enterprise Applications Delivery Manager

Role Overview

Lead large-scale ERP and enterprise applications delivery programs for transformation initiatives spanning finance, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, and operational systems. Own end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives, working closely with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to improve operational efficiency and enable digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise application initiatives (ERP enhancements, upgrades, integrations, transformation programs).
• Drive functional delivery across Oracle ERP areas, including:
  • Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger
  • Subledger Accounting, Cost Management
• Support ERP modernization, including readiness planning for future cloud-based ERP transformations.
• Partner with Finance to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, inventory controls, and audit readiness.
• Lead warehouse and operational systems initiatives for receiving, inventory management, refurbishment, fulfillment, and logistics workflows.
• Manage delivery across warehouse management platforms and operational technologies aligned to business objectives.
• Optimize workflows with Operations and Supply Chain to improve inventory accuracy and operational scalability.
• Oversee enterprise integrations across ERP, warehouse systems, operational platforms, reporting environments, and third-party applications.
• Coordinate data migration, system cutovers, release planning, and implementation activities.
• Lead cross-functional program teams (analysts, developers, consultants, external vendors).
• Facilitate executive governance (risk reviews, project updates, strategic decisions).
• Establish enterprise application governance: change management, release controls, documentation standards, and operational support processes.
• Partner with compliance teams for controls, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements.
• Track delivery performance and value realization metrics; identify opportunities for automation and modernization.
• Mentor team members and promote strong delivery practices.

• Extensive experience delivering ERP programs and managing complex enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong program leadership and ability to execute transformation in dynamic environments.
• Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and drive operational improvements.
