Senior Enterprise Product Marketing Manager (Base)

Role overview

As a Senior Enterprise Product Marketing Manager on Base (Coinbase), you will drive adoption of Base as the default chain for enterprises building onchain. You will define the go-to-market strategy for institutional use cases, create a proof engine for enterprise wins, and lead cross-functional enterprise launches.

Key missions

• Define and execute GTM strategy for institutional use cases, transforming enterprise success into a pipeline.
• Lead cross-functional launches with Product, BD, CDP, DevRel, Comms, Legal, and Compliance, translating complex and regulated capabilities into clear narratives for professional buyers.
• Conduct competitive and market intelligence for enterprise crypto, bringing the voice of the enterprise customer into the product roadmap.
• Define and report key metrics tied to enterprise adoption and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong fluency in how onchain trading, lending, and tokenization work, with proven ability to partner with Product/Engineering on roadmap decisions.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in 0-to-1 environments; ability to go from strategy to hands-on execution.
• Track record of owning end-to-end GTM and launches for technical financial products, with measurable adoption and/or revenue results.
• Ability to market to financial institutions in regulated environments (e.g., MiCA, AML/CFT) and/or experience building/scaling a sales enablement engine for a BD-led motion.
• 6+ years in product marketing or GTM roles with demonstrated B2B/enterprise outcomes, ideally in crypto and/or financial markets.
• Uses generative AI responsibly, with human oversight to produce business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
