Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Role Overview

Join ServiceNow as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive (full remote – London, GB). You will drive new business sales revenue by planning accounts and executing field-based sales activities, building C-suite relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers.

Key Missions

• Produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model through account planning and field-based sales.
• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas and oversee client relationship mapping with the account team.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business needs and advising how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Track record of selling complex Cybersecurity solutions into Central Government organizations (MOD, MOJ, DWP preferred).
• Proven ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships.
• Demonstrated experience achieving sales targets.
• Ability to understand the bigger picture and align with broader IT plans.
• Experience fostering a customer success mindset in a “win as a team” environment.
• Experience leveraging and/or critically evaluating AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience establishing trusted relationships with current/prospective clients and cross-functional teams.
