Senior Enterprise Account Executive

Role Overview

Join ServiceNow as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business sales revenue using a SaaS license model. You’ll build executive relationships, map accounts to the right stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor aligned with customers’ IT roadmaps.

Key Missions

• Produce new business revenue from a SaaS license model through account and territory planning.
• Build relationships with multiple C-suite personas and lead client relationship mapping with the account team.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ business needs and advising how ServiceNow supports their IT roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Lead deal cycles for new business and negotiate deals while maintaining strong C-level relationships.
• Collaborate in a customer success–oriented, “win as a team” environment.
• Establish trusted relationships with current/prospective clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience in a software or solutions sales organization.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Experience selling new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships.
• Strong ability to understand the bigger picture of IT and customer IT planning.
• Ability to incorporate a customer success focus into sales execution.
• Experience establishing trusted relationships across stakeholders.

• Ability to leverage or thoughtfully apply AI to work processes, decision-making, problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automation, analyzing AI-driven insights, or evaluating AI impact on the function/industry.
