Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Healthcare)

Role Overview

Join ServiceNow as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive focused on the healthcare sector. You will drive new enterprise SaaS license revenue, build relationships with C-suite executives, and serve as a trusted advisor helping customers plan their IT roadmap.

Key Missions

• Generate new business sales revenue via a SaaS license model using account and territory planning.
• Develop C-suite relationships across multiple executive personas and oversee client relationship mapping with the account team.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customers’ business needs and recommending how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and produce new business.
• Experience working in a customer-success and “win as a team” environment.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Ability to understand the bigger picture and align with IT plans/strategy.
• Strong experience establishing trusted relationships with current/prospective clients and internal teams.
• Ability to negotiate deals and maintain healthy C-level relationships.
• Must live in Colorado or Northern California.

Preferred

• Healthcare sales experience (Payer/Provider).
• Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI in work processes, decision-making, problem-solving, automation, or AI-driven insights.
