Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Cybersecurity, SLED)

Role Overview

Senior Enterprise Account Executive for the SLED (State and Local Government, Education) sector at ServiceNow. You will drive new business revenue using a SaaS license model, build executive relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Produce new business sales revenue through account planning and field-based sales activities.
• Develop relationships with C-suite stakeholders and oversee client relationship mapping.
• Lead and orchestrate account strategy, including working with and leading a virtual team.
• Identify and coordinate the right specialist/support resources to bring into deals at the right time.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and maintain a customer-success mindset.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software or solutions sales experience on a SLED-focused team.
• Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients (and internal teams).
• Demonstrated ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain strong C-level relationships.
• Experience achieving sales targets.
• Ability to understand the broader IT direction and planning.
• Experience selling cybersecurity products.
• Ability to leverage and think critically about AI in sales processes, decision-making, problem-solving, and insights.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
