Senior Engineering Manager (Product)

Role Overview

Lead product-focused engineering across multiple squads to deliver high-impact, consumer-facing features on predictable cadences. Own execution, engineering standards, and technical strategy for a scaling iGaming platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering consumer-facing product features in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Drive execution across squads spanning:
  • Web
  • Mobile Web
  • Native Mobile
  • Backend
• Plan roadmaps into milestones, manage delivery risks/dependencies, and keep teams unblocked while maintaining quality and security guardrails.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards across disciplines, including:
  • Coding and branching
  • Code review
  • Testing
  • Release criteria ("definition of done")
• Balance tech debt prioritization with feature delivery; ensure reliability, security, and testing foundations scale with player and transaction growth.
• Ensure backend services for gameplay and payments support secure, audit-friendly transaction processing with traceability and integrity controls.
• Partner with compliance/risk stakeholders to translate regulatory obligations into engineering requirements, test evidence, and operational readiness artifacts.
• Manage engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Use AI platforms to accelerate development, testing, code reviews, and security scans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams delivering high-impact consumer-facing features on predictable cadences.
• Strong partnership with Product and Design.
• Experience managing engineering and infrastructure teams.
• Hands-on experience using AI platforms to accelerate development/testing/reviews and security scanning.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum.

Nice to Have

• FinTech, gaming/casino, and regulatory experience.
