- Lead, coach, and develop engineers, providing regular feedback tied to company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and to align team goals with overall business strategy.
Requirements
- Experience leading engineering teams and managing delivery in an Agile setup.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.

- Experience working in product/strategy-driven engineering organizations where engineering outcomes directly influence KPIs.
