About the role

Role Overview

Senior Engineering Manager for Corporate Engineering in a fully remote, global, cloud-native environment. You will lead a high-impact corporate engineering team responsible for internal systems that help employees work efficiently and securely, spanning IT operations, internal tooling, corporate security, and emerging AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a technical Corporate Engineering team across:
    • IT operations, employee devices, helpdesk
    • Internal tooling
    • Corporate security initiatives
  • Design and execute a corporate AI strategy for safe, scalable internal automation
  • Build internal platforms that let employees own workflows, experiment safely, and reduce reliance on centralized approvals
  • Define and optimize internal systems/processes/tools for both:
    • Traditional IT
    • Future-facing agentic workloads
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracting, and technology procurement for cost-effective solutions
  • Improve visibility of work and costs across the organization to support better decision-making
  • Mentor and coach team members; run regular 1:1s and maintain high engagement and performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading engineering or technical operations teams in highly autonomous environments
  • Strong hands-on engineering acumen in IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and automation
  • Deep corporate systems knowledge, including:
    • Device lifecycle management
    • MDM
    • SaaS platforms
    • Identity management
    • EDR/DLP
    • Security best practices
  • Experience implementing and securing AI tools/workflows/agentic automation in an enterprise
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles, focusing on enablement, automation, and guardrails
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with at least one cloud provider and Kubernetes

Working Hours

  • Comfortable working Eastern Time-oriented hours to overlap with global teams
