Key missions: Lead and develop a team of engineers responsible for increasing eligibility, improving conversion, and building new product capabilities.. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps, shape requirements, and deliver solutions that balance growth, customer experience, and risk.. Drive execution on cross-functional initiatives that expand access to auto-secured lending and enable new product capabilities. Profile: - Experience working on customer-facing products with measurable business outcomes - 3+ years of experience managing software engineers - Experience partnering with product, design, and non-engineering stakeholders to deliver solutions in a fast-moving environment - Experience leading cross-functional engineering initiatives from planning through production launch - 8+ years of experience building and operating production software systems, including distributed systems or cloud-based applications - Experience delivering products in fintech or another regulated industry - Ability to use metrics and experimentation to identify opportunities and make product and engineering tradeoffs - Experience leading teams through periods of rapid product or organizational growth - Experience supporting both new product development and ongoing platform or systems improvements
