Senior Director of Product Marketing

Role overview

As Senior Director of Product Marketing at Yubico (full remote), you will own the technical narrative for Yubico’s global product portfolio. You’ll translate cryptographic capabilities into clear messaging and go-to-market strategies while serving as the primary champion for technical audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define, build, and maintain the technical message and positioning frameworks for Yubico’s digital identity platform.
• Write structured, factual, high-value technical content, optimized for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and LLM-driven supplier evaluations.
• Lead technical go-to-market strategies for new hardware, software, and SaaS services.
• Ensure readiness across global sales and enablement for partners.
• Drive launch momentum, technical field enablement, and competitive intelligence.
• Engage with the community and ecosystem.

Requirements

• Strong technical communication, with the ability to move between low-level cryptographic mechanics and enterprise messaging for CISOs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Cybersecurity/Computer Engineering or equivalent practical technical experience.
• Foundational knowledge of identity and cryptographic frameworks including:
  • FIDO2/WebAuthn
  • PKI
  • OAuth 2.0, OIDC
  • SAML
  • Directory services (e.g., Entra ID, Active Directory)
• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, technical writing, developer relations, or solutions engineering focused on IAM, cryptography, or cloud infrastructure security.
• Strategic understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and RAG systems.

• Experience delivering technical enablement and competitive intelligence for identity and security products (implied by responsibilities).
