Profile: - Proven track record influencing executive stakeholders - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic direction - Experience leading GTM strategy for complex, technical platforms - Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting at the executive level - Experience building and scaling product marketing teams - Strong understanding of large language models and enterprise AI deployment - 8–12+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in Enterprise SaaS or AI - Experience in contact center, customer experience, or enterprise automation categories - Experience marketing AI Agent or agentic AI systems
