Requirements

• 10+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, including 4+ years in senior leadership overseeing multiple teams.
• Experience building high-stakes AI systems in regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, CMS) with reliability and safety as non-negotiable.
• Hands-on experience with modern stacks including Python, Node.js, TypeScript, LLMs, and tools such as LangChain, n8n, vector databases, plus PyTorch/TensorFlow and AWS services.
• Strong expertise in LLMs (e.g., RAG, grounding, retrieval), traditional ML (classification/regression/unsupervised learning), and statistics (causal inference, multilevel models).
• Ability to lead cross-functional alignment and clearly communicate the “why” behind AI investments to non-technical audiences.
