Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the engineering organization responsible for core platform capabilities (data systems, analytics, and customer-facing workflows).
  • Define and execute product and engineering roadmaps with predictable delivery and high-quality releases aligned to business priorities.
  • Drive platform modernization toward an AI-native architecture (automation, agent-based workflows, improved system intelligence).
  • Oversee multi-team execution and ensure alignment across engineering managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Improve customer outcomes by reducing time-to-value, increasing reliability, and enhancing usability.
  • Partner with Product, GTM, and Customer Success to align delivery cadence with business expectations.
  • Establish engineering practices for scalability, data modeling, and multi-tenant system design.
  • Lead hiring, team development, and performance management; raise engineering standards.
  • Promote a culture of execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of engineering experience, including leadership of multiple teams in SaaS or enterprise software.

  • Track record shipping complex products in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Deep understanding of system architecture for data-heavy, scalable platforms.
  • Experience aligning technical delivery with business outcomes in partnership with Product and GTM.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational and technical transformation (modernization/re-architecture).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making in high-growth environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with AI tools and experience integrating AI-driven practices into engineering workflows.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $238,000–$280,000 (based on experience).
  • Equity participation in a high-growth technology company.
  • Fully remote within the United States.
  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical/dental/vision, majority employer-paid), plus fully paid life insurance and disability.
  • 401(k), flexible vacation, and paid sick leave, parental leave, and additional personal time off.
  • Work-life balance and wellbeing support.
