Senior Director - Cloud Security

Role Overview

Senior Director – Cloud Security will lead the growth, development, and delivery of 3Cloud’s cloud security capabilities. The role serves as both a market-facing practice leader and a senior client advisor, building and scaling a team while translating Microsoft and market opportunities into secure cloud offerings.

Responsibilities

Growth and Market Development

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the Cloud Security practice
• Build qualified pipeline to support bookings, revenue, margin, and pull-through goals
• Develop trusted relationships with Microsoft, Cognizant, strategic clients, and executive stakeholders
• Lead executive discussions with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, and infrastructure leaders around cloud security strategy and transformation
• Position Cloud Security as a foundational capability for enterprise cloud, AI, data, and application modernization

Offering and Solution Leadership

• Develop and evolve repeatable Cloud Security offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and reference architectures
• Lead complex solutioning: discovery, architecture, estimation, proposals, pricing, and executive presentations
• Ensure solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, governed, and aligned to client outcomes
• Translate Microsoft roadmap investments and emerging technologies into new services and growth opportunities

Delivery and Client Success

• Provide executive oversight for strategic and high-risk engagements
• Establish standards for architecture governance, delivery quality, security, resiliency, compliance, and operational readiness
• Partner with delivery leadership to ensure client outcomes, financial objectives, and contractual commitments are met
• Capture reusable delivery assets, reference architectures, and client success stories

Practice and Talent Leadership

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of architects, consultants, engineers, and technical leaders
• Define organizational structure, competencies, career paths, and succession plans
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and client-centric consulting
