Role: (Senior) Direct Response Copywriter (m/w/d)

Health Routine is building the strongest copy team in the DACH region and is looking for a Direct Response Copywriter to help win new customers.

Responsibilities

• Write sales-focused copy that moves and sells for an audience of people over 50
• Create high-converting materials such as:
  • Sales pages
  • Advertorials
  • VSLs
• Develop angles by thinking like the customer: translate fears, concerns, and needs into clear messaging
• Collaborate closely with Media Buying & Creative
  • Review reporting together
  • Build concepts and optimize campaigns
• Provide creative ideas for Paid Video Ads (optional support)

What’s NOT part of the role

• No SEO blog writing or blog maintenance
• No social media calendar ownership
• No creator briefing/content production (handled by the Creative team)

Requirements

• Relevant experience in (Direct Response) Copywriting plus solid marketing knowledge
• Strong use of AI tools for:
  • Target audience & competitor research
  • Voice-of-Customer analysis
  • Developing new angles
  • Generating multiple copy variants quickly
• Willingness to experiment and iterate fast (test & learn)
• Quick comprehension and ability to integrate new insights rapidly
• Native-level German writing/speaking; fluent English is a plus

• Ability to make ideas visually tangible using AI image generation
