About the role

Role Overview

Join Strive Health as a Senior Digital Product Manager on the Digital Product team. You’ll collaborate with engineers, clinicians, and operators to deliver Strive’s Digital Product Vision, acting as the Voice of the Customer to identify and solve pressing problems that improve clinical workflows and the member/patient experience.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver on Strive’s Digital Product Vision and move strategic KPIs.
Serve as Voice of the Customer and a Subject Matter Expert in your product area.
Own the day-to-day functions of a digital product value stream, including execution of the product vision and roadmap.
Translate product vision into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Product Strategy, Clinical Operations, and Go-To-Market partners to align the roadmap to enterprise priorities while staying execution-focused.

Requirements

5+ years experience in a product management role.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Ability to travel and be on-site as needed.
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connectivity (minimum speeds and latency specified).
Proven understanding of digital health ecosystems, clinical workflow technology, and healthcare data interoperability.
4+ years experience in healthcare delivery organizations and/or building technology products in an agile environment.
Experience leading digital patient experience initiatives across mobile/web/omnichannel.
Proven track record in healthcare technology, ideally with value-based care, population health, or digital health platforms.
Demonstrated success deploying AI/LLM solutions responsibly.
Experience operating within a pod-based SDLC model, partnering closely with Engineering and Data Science teams.

Nice-to-Haves

Deep experience across digital health value-based care and population health use cases.
Strong ability to distill abstract concepts into executable product requirements (user stories/acceptance criteria).
