About the role

Role overview

Join SWORD Health as a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure powering the AI Care platform. You’ll work in a multi-cloud setup, partnering with engineering, data, and security teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and fast delivery.

Key missions

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure for high-demand applications and services.
  • Automate and streamline deployment and CI/CD processes and routine maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate closely with development, data, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and code changes.

Requirements

  • DevOps and GitOps methodologies experience.
  • Monitoring experience, including at least one of:
    • Google Cloud Monitoring/Stackdriver
    • Grafana
    • Prometheus/AlertManager
    • New Relic
  • Experience with Jenkins.
  • Fluent English (written and oral).
  • Linux experience.
  • Experience with CI/CD.
  • Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications (Docker).

Nice-to-haves (Extra)

  • Istio knowledge.
  • Cloud networking know-how: VPC management, routing, NAT, troubleshooting with TCPdump.
  • Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana (ELK), Vault, Redis, MySQL, DNS.
  • Provisioning experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Programming experience with PHP, JavaScript, or Go.
