About the role

Role overview

Join SWORD Health as a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure powering the AI Care platform. You’ll work in a multi-cloud setup, partnering with engineering, data, and security teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and fast delivery.

Key missions

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure for high-demand applications and services.
Automate and streamline deployment and CI/CD processes and routine maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Collaborate closely with development, data, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and code changes.

Requirements

DevOps and GitOps methodologies experience.
Monitoring experience, including at least one of:
- Google Cloud Monitoring/Stackdriver
- Grafana
- Prometheus/AlertManager
- New Relic
Experience with Jenkins.
Fluent English (written and oral).
Linux experience.
Experience with CI/CD.
Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications (Docker).

Nice-to-haves (Extra)

Istio knowledge.
Cloud networking know-how: VPC management, routing, NAT, troubleshooting with TCPdump.
Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana (ELK), Vault, Redis, MySQL, DNS.
Provisioning experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Programming experience with PHP, JavaScript, or Go.
