About the role
Role overview
Join SWORD Health as a Senior DevOps Engineer to own the infrastructure powering the AI Care platform. You’ll work in a multi-cloud setup, partnering with engineering, data, and security teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and fast delivery.
Key missions
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure for high-demand applications and services.
- Automate and streamline deployment and CI/CD processes and routine maintenance to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate closely with development, data, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and code changes.
Requirements
- DevOps and GitOps methodologies experience.
- Monitoring experience, including at least one of:
- Google Cloud Monitoring/Stackdriver
- Grafana
- Prometheus/AlertManager
- New Relic
- Experience with Jenkins.
- Fluent English (written and oral).
- Linux experience.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications (Docker).
Nice-to-haves (Extra)
- Istio knowledge.
- Cloud networking know-how: VPC management, routing, NAT, troubleshooting with TCPdump.
- Experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch/Logstash/Kibana (ELK), Vault, Redis, MySQL, DNS.
- Provisioning experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Programming experience with PHP, JavaScript, or Go.
