Role overview

Join Partnerize as a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, maintain, and optimize highly scalable and fault-tolerant cloud environments that power online marketing technology.

Key responsibilities

Conceive, deploy, maintain, and optimize cloud environments for reliability and scalability.
Build and own tooling for:
- provisioning
- automation
- configuration
- integration
- deployment and release processes
Implement and manage monitoring to keep the product stable.
Support ongoing infrastructure operations with independent troubleshooting and analysis.

Requirements

Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Linux system administration and strong network troubleshooting.
Operations automation and reporting systems.
Ability to independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve issues.
Experience supporting and maintaining infrastructure as part of a team.
Communication skills (verbal and written).
Calm, logical approach during critical incidents.

Nice-to-haves

Configuration management experience with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
Monitoring experience with Nagios, Catchpoint, Cacti, and Prometheus.
MySQL database design, replication, and administration (Percona Toolkit is a plus).
AWS administration: EC2, Route53, S3, Redshift, VPC, IAM.
Jenkins experience.
Ticketing/documentation: Jira and Confluence.
Strong documentation habits and interest in development and new technologies.
