Senior DevOps Engineer - Node

Role Overview

Senior DevOps Engineer (Node) at Wallarm to maintain, enhance, and expand Wallarm Node, the core of the platform’s complex distribution ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize CI/CD to maximize delivery speed and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Dev and QA teams to improve product quality across releases.
• Provide advanced technical support to customers for product-related issues.
• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code practices using Terraform.
• Develop high-performance automation scripts using Bash, Python, and Go.
• Build custom applications (primarily in Go) to enhance CI/CD capabilities.
• Support multiple distribution channels, including:
  • Linux packages (.deb, .rpm)
  • Docker images
  • Kubernetes deployments with focus on Ingress integrations
  • Additional cloud-native deployment contexts

Requirements

• Deep expertise designing and managing high-volume CI/CD processes, with a preference for GitLab-based systems.
• Strong practical knowledge of cloud-native Kubernetes environments.
• Solid cloud skills across GCP and AWS.
• Experience integrating AI-driven development practices into CI/CD workflows.
• Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
• Experience with Linux infrastructure administration.

Nice to Have

• Experience with C and/or Go for systems development.
