Senior DevOps Engineer

Role overview

Join Incode as a Senior DevOps Engineer to be the backbone of their cloud infrastructure. You’ll architect and evolve scalable, cloud-native systems that improve deployment speed, monitoring/observability, and overall reliability.

Key missions

• Architect and evolve cloud-native systems powering secure and seamless identity experiences using Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.
• Implement Terraform-driven automation to ensure consistency, repeatability, and reliability across client deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve live environment issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities (profile highlights)

• Deploy and manage Kubernetes-based applications.
• Apply networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S) to build reliable, high-performance systems.
• Work with core AWS services (e.g., EC2, VPC, S3, IAM) to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer (or similar role).
• Strong expertise in Terraform and infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on experience deploying/managing Kubernetes.
• Networking knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S.
• Solid understanding of AWS services including EC2, VPC, S3, IAM.
• Experience building CI/CD workflows with GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Deep Kubernetes architecture understanding and ability to optimize delivery while maintaining quality (implied by “Pipeline Innovator”/“Infrastructure as Code Champion” focus).
