Senior DevOps Engineer - AI & Security (m/f/d)

Role Overview

Join JustRelate Group as a Senior DevOps Engineer (AI & Security) to help transform customer support into an AI-driven model. You will develop and maintain an AI-first support system, handle second-level support, and support internal IT security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an AI-first support system, including implementing technologies such as chatbots and machine learning.
• Own 2nd-level support requests: communicate with customers to create, track, and resolve IT support cases.
• Support and improve internal IT security procedures and standards, implementing practical measures for secure device usage.

Requirements

• IT-related training (e.g., IT specialist) or equivalent.
• Programming knowledge in at least one language (e.g., Java, Go, or JavaScript).
• Database knowledge (e.g., MySQL/MariaDB or PostgreSQL).
• Experience with AI-driven support platforms and/or using Large Language Models for technical troubleshooting.
• Understanding of SaaS security protocols, including SSO, OAuth, and secure API communication.

Nice to Have

• HTML and CSS experience.
