About the role
Role Overview
Senior DevOps Engineer (2) / Power Platform Engineer within Sophos’ IT Enterprise Engineering team. You’ll help accelerate adoption of Microsoft Power Platform across the organization by building automations, integrations, and administration capabilities.
What You Will Do
- Drive Power Platform adoption by partnering with developers, IT, and business stakeholders to refine strategy.
- Automate and enhance workflows, including Copilot Studio and GenAI features.
- Design reliable integrations and automations between Power Platform and business systems; ensure stability via robust testing.
- Convert existing processes into efficient Power Platform solutions.
- Administer Power Platform environments, including strategy, licensing, and monitoring.
What You Will Bring
- 3–4 years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Building Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio agents.
- Knowledge of cloud services, specifically AWS and/or Azure, and how they integrate with Power Platform.
- Working knowledge of Agile and experience with Scrum teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; able to explain value to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record driving Power Platform usage and adoption.
- Power Platform administration experience, including setup/configuration/maintenance of the COE Starter Kit and related capabilities.
- Experience with Power Platform licensing and ability to advise on it.
