Senior Developer (Front-End)

Role Overview

Senior Front-End Developer (based in the United States) to design and build modern, high-performing web applications. You will work in a collaborative environment combining advanced front-end engineering with human-centered UX principles, while providing technical leadership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, secure, and user-focused front-end solutions for complex digital initiatives
• Build responsive, high-performance web applications using modern React-based technologies
• Translate UI/UX concepts into functional, accessible, and intuitive interfaces
• Create reusable components, front-end libraries, and scalable architectures for long-term product delivery
• Optimize performance, scalability, security, and efficiency in cloud-based environments
• Implement dynamic forms, interactive components, and advanced user workflows
• Apply component-based architecture, event-driven patterns, and microservice principles to front-end development
• Perform code reviews, mentor engineers, and help drive engineering best practices
• Collaborate in Agile teams using DevSecOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Lead user testing, analyze feedback, and continuously improve digital experiences
• Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned to business goals

Requirements

• 10+ years developing IT solutions and software applications, including cloud-based technologies
• 7+ years hands-on experience with ReactJS and JavaScript, plus UX design principles
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, CSS, Tailwind, and state management (Redux or Context API)
• Experience building dynamic forms, reusable components, interactive interfaces, and complex workflows
• Solid fundamentals in data structures/algorithms and scalable software architecture
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Agile, and DevSecOps processes
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, GraphQL, REST APIs, NPM packages, and server-side rendering frameworks
• Experience applying security best practices and building reliable, compliant software
