About the role

Role Overview

Senior Developer (Front-End) to build responsive, high-performance web applications using ReactJS and JavaScript. You will partner with UI/UX teams (Human-Centered Design) and specialize in dynamic form building and component-based front-end architecture.

Responsibilities

Develop responsive web applications with ReactJS, focusing on performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional interfaces using UX best practices.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries.
Optimize front-end performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
Follow security and compliance best practices throughout development.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Lead/co-lead user testing and analysis sessions; maintain design standards.

Requirements

7+ years UX design experience with strong understanding of UX design thinking and principles.
7+ years experience with ReactJS and JavaScript.
Experience with TypeScript.
Data Structures and Algorithms knowledge.
Proficiency with CSS and Tailwind CSS.
Experience creating cards and implementing drag-and-drop functionality.
Proven experience building dynamic forms with intuitive UX.
Component-based architecture in React; familiarity with event-driven architecture and microservice frameworks.
Ability to work with UX frameworks/templates.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; strong communication and collaboration.
Experience maintaining design standards and delivering scalable, reliable software.
Portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX expertise.

Nice-to-haves / Additional signals

Experience with state management (e.g., Redux or Context API).
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tooling.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
