Role Overview

Senior Developer for Banking & Payments, focused on payment processing applications and enterprise banking integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain payment processing applications
Support payment integrations and wire transfer systems
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term fixes
Contribute to payment modernization efforts and system upgrades
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in a high-volume banking environment

Requirements

7+ years of software development experience in Banking or Financial Services
Strong Banking and Payments domain experience
Deep technical expertise in:
- COBOL
- UNIX/AIX administration and development
- Shell scripting or other scripting languages
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have (Payments Experience)

Experience with one or more of:

ACI MTS / ACI UPF
FedNow / Fedwire
Fiserv EPP
ISO 20022
RTP
SWIFT Alliance Access (SAA)
SWIFT MT / MX messaging
SWIFT yearly standards upgrades
Wire Transfers
