Senior Designer (Remote)

Role Overview

Senior Product Designer (Remote) working on tools that empower clinical teams to deliver care. You’ll focus on building deep empathy for coaches and doctors, and designing AI-enabled, conversational experiences that make complex clinical information easier to use.

Responsibilities

• Conduct immersive research to understand clinical user needs and advocate for them
• Drive product thinking by designing holistic end-to-end user journeys
• Produce high-craft design deliverables (user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes)
• Prioritize design work effectively in a high-velocity environment
• Collaborate and influence across Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams
• Innovate with AI to streamline clinical workflows through intuitive interfaces

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/product design experience with a strong portfolio
• 2-3 years designing complex user interfaces for healthcare/clinical tools
• Expertise in web/desktop information architecture and design patterns
• Experience designing AI/ML-augmented experiences
• Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in design, UX, HCI, or related field
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
