Senior Delivery Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for complex initiatives.
• Manage project budgets and ensure delivery within financial constraints to maximize profitability metrics.
• Define and validate client requirements as a product/domain expert; share expertise internally and externally.
• Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients; manage relationships to support long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand and address client needs and challenges; deliver practical solutions.
• Provide updates to senior stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Oversee change management, assessing impact on timelines, cost, and resources.
• Grow accounts by identifying new service opportunities and working with clients to expand business.
• Manage and monitor 3rd-party providers and subcontractors to ensure deliverables are implemented as required.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be eligible for any required U.S. Government export control authorizations if access to export-controlled commodities/technology is required.
