Role overview

Senior Delivery Manager (Regional Delivery Lead) for Red Hat Professional Services in a designated region (North America context). You will lead efficient program and project delivery by aligning regional teams with the PMO, ensuring portfolio health, and driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Strategic alignment & stakeholder management: Align North America services delivery with Account Executives, Territory Service Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, and Customer Success.
• Market & customer insight: Analyze regional market trends, competitive landscapes, and unmet customer needs to help shape differentiated service offerings.
• Escalations & issue management: Drive proactive escalation resolution and strengthen client relationships to improve loyalty, retention, and service expansion.
• People leadership & talent planning: Coach and empower project managers; provide feedback and skills development; lead talent acquisition and support succession planning.
• Operational excellence: Implement delivery best practices, standardize processes, and use technology to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• PMO governance: Support robust PMO practices including project forecasting, capacity planning, utilization management, cross-functional alignment, revenue backlog management, governance, and delivery tooling (project setup, time tracking, operational compliance).
• Portfolio health monitoring: Oversee project health checks, risk reviews, change management, and reporting.
• Financial accountability: Own end-to-end financial accountability across programs/projects (revenue forecasting, margin management, and financial risk mitigation).
• Culture & associate experience: Champion Red Hat culture and foster positive associate experiences.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex project/program portfolios in fast-paced technology or consulting environments.
• Track record of driving strategic initiatives, aligning delivery execution to business objectives, and achieving revenue growth.
• Experience with market trend/competitive landscape analysis and identifying customer needs for differentiated offerings.
• Strong experience in proactive escalation resolution, issue management, and building client relationships for retention and expansion.
• Leadership skills focused on coaching/mentoring and developing high-performing project management teams, including talent acquisition and succession planning.
• Deep knowledge of operational excellence: best practices, process standardization, and technology-enabled improvement.
• Strong financial acumen: end-to-end accountability for forecasting, margin management, and financial risk mitigation.
• Knowledge of project/program management methodologies and professional services automation (PSA) tools such as Salesforce.
• Capabilities in resource management, capacity planning, project health checks, risk reviews, change management, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills across cross-functional teams.
