About the role

Role overview

As Regional Delivery Lead (RDL) for Red Hat Professional Services in your assigned region, you will lead strategic planning and efficient delivery of complex programs and projects. The role partners closely with the PMO and regional commercial teams to ensure strong portfolio health, profitability, and customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth.

What you will do

  • Align delivery execution between North America services and stakeholders (Account Executives, Territory Service Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, and Customer Success)
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to uncover unmet customer needs and support differentiated service offerings
  • Drive proactive escalation resolution and manage issues to strengthen customer relationships, loyalty, retention, and service expansion
  • Coach and develop project managers through structured development, performance feedback, and skills programs
  • Lead talent and succession planning, including hiring for project management capability
  • Improve operational excellence by standardizing processes, implementing best practices, and using technology to optimize delivery
    • Apply PMO practices such as project forecasting, capacity planning, utilization management, cross-functional alignment, revenue backlog management, and governance
    • Oversee project health checks, risk reviews, change management, and reporting
    • Maintain delivery tools for project setup, time tracking, and operational compliance
  • Own end-to-end financial accountability across programs/projects (revenue forecasting, margin management, and financial risk mitigation)
  • Champion Red Hat culture and foster positive associate experiences

What you will bring

  • Proven experience leading complex project/program portfolios in a fast-paced technology or consulting environment
  • Track record of driving strategic initiatives, aligning delivery to business objectives, and achieving revenue growth
  • Experience analyzing market/competitive needs to develop service offerings
  • Strong background in escalation resolution, issue management, and client relationship building
  • Senior leadership skills in coaching/mentoring and developing high-performing project management teams (including talent acquisition and succession planning)
  • Deep operational excellence expertise: implementing best practices, process standardization, and technology-enabled process improvement
  • Strong financial acumen: revenue forecasting, margin management, and financial risk mitigation
  • Knowledge of project/program management methodologies and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools, including Salesforce
  • Capability in resource management, capacity planning, project health checks, risk reviews, change management, and reporting
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills across cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (truncated in posting)
