Senior Deal Desk Analyst (Temp)

About the role

Join Optro, a leading SaaS company, as a Senior Deal Desk Analyst (Temp). In this temporary contract position, you will support the Global Deal Desk team by providing expert guidance on deal structuring, pricing, and contract management. You will work closely with the Sales Field Organization, finance, and legal teams to ensure efficient deal processing and compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will support sales enablement initiatives and drive efficiency and process improvements. Key missions: Support all commercial-related activities including deal structuring, pricing, contract creation, review, and approval for quotes.. Provide expert guidance to the Sales field and Customer Success in the areas of deal structuring, pricing, redlining, and contract management.. Review, interpret, and confirm contract terms and conditions; work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure all contracts are accurate. Profile: - The ability to acquire a thorough understanding of Optro’s corporate goals and objectives and consider these goals/objectives within the design of offers - Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis - Requires a 4-year college degree - Outstanding business partnering skills – able to interact positively with the Sales Field and influence business outcomes - A bias towards velocity - The ability to acquire knowledge of our products and the value they provide to Optro’s Customers - A “Customer First” perspective and ethos - A minimum of 5 years professional experience in Deal Desk in a SaaS company - Experience supporting global / multinational customer and deals - Excellent understanding of commercial terms and conditions - Excellent understanding of most Deal Support/Commercial topics (pricing, deal structuring, contracting etc.); familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition policies a plus - Requires proficiency with computer applications, such as Windows, Excel, and Word and CRM systems – Optro's, SFDC and CPQ experience a plus
