Senior Data Solutions Strategist

Role overview

You will be the technical spearhead for Addepar Data Exchange (ADX), helping large financial institutions move from fragmented legacy data silos to a unified, scalable infrastructure. The position includes a dedicated revenue target and a strong focus on solving data integrity challenges.

Key missions

• Architect data strategies to transition enterprises from legacy silos to a unified, scalable infrastructure.
• Become the go-to technical expert on ADX product features, benefits, and real-world applications.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to create promotional materials, deliver product presentations, and support sales closures.
• Create training materials and engage with customers to enable successful adoption.
• Oversee/shape product development inputs by contributing market intelligence to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps.
• Champion data integrity by positioning Automated Validation as mission-critical for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in transitioning firms from fragmented legacy silos to modern managed infrastructure (ADX).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven migration strategy skills using Sandbox and Testing environments to de-risk enterprise-scale migrations and address technical objections.
• 10+ years of experience in Fintech or Financial Services, ideally with background in quota-carrying roles across Enterprise Data or Infrastructure Sales.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across stakeholders (Sales, Deployments, CSMs, PMs, Designers, Engineers).
• Analytical mindset and entrepreneurial, data-based problem solving.
• Track record leading the Technical Win and meeting revenue targets in complex institutional sales cycles.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts into executive ROI.
• Expertise translating financial data workflows and integration requirements into Data Lakehouse architecture solutions.

• Experience as a product contributor synthesizing market intelligence to guide Product/Engineering roadmaps.
