About the role
Role Overview
Senior Data Scientist in the Advanced Analytics team, delivering advanced analytics across client engagements for market research analytics. You will lead complex analytical workstreams, apply rigorous statistical methodologies, and produce high-quality, actionable insights to inform client decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Lead advanced quantitative analysis by designing and executing statistical models including:
- Regression and multivariate analysis
- Segmentation and clustering
- Choice modeling and conjoint analysis
- Lead model estimation, validation, and interpretation for assigned workstreams
- Ensure analytics are rigorous, scalable, and aligned to study objectives
- Drive analytical workstreams on client engagements:
- Translate business and research questions into structured analytical approaches
- Lead key components of analysis while partnering on overall strategy
- Produce insights that are clear, actionable, and aligned to client needs
- Work with complex market research data:
- Prepare, transform, and validate survey and panel datasets
- Perform data quality checks, weighting, and standard processing
- Build efficient workflows for repeatable, scalable analysis
- Collaborate across teams:
- Partner with research and client teams to align study objectives and outputs
- Translate findings into clear internal and client-facing summaries
- Support deliverables and presentations
- Contribute to team growth and best practices:
- Reinforce standards for coding, documentation, and reproducibility
- Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Provide informal guidance to junior team members as appropriate

Requirements / Qualifications
- Experienced data scientist capable of leading complex analytical workstreams
- Strong expertise in advanced quantitative/statistical modeling for market research

Compensation & Location
- Salary range: $100,000–$115,000 (annual)
- Remote: Must be based in the United States
