Senior Data Scientist

Join Fabulous, a remote-first organization, as a Senior Data Scientist. In this role, you will work on high-priority business projects, contribute to the code base, and gradually take ownership of team responsibilities. You will also mentor junior members and contribute to functional documentation. Prendre progressivement en charge certains aspects des responsabilités de l'équipe, en devenant le principal point de contact avec au moins une équipe commerciale.. Mentorer les membres plus juniors et partager des connaissances et des pratiques au sein de l'équipe pour améliorer les compétences de chacun. Profile: - Prior experience in an agile start-up environment - At least 2 years of previous hands-on experience with Digital Marketing/User Acquisition (aka UA) (attribution, iOS privacy & SKAN, UA metrics reporting) or Product/Growth (AB-testing, Retention, Monetisation...) - Excellent Engineering skills (testing, clean coding, peer-reviewing, CD/CI, git workflows, agile workflows, etc…) - Comfortable in a remote work environment (we are a remote-first organisation) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) - Self-Starter with the ability to work autonomously and own and manage your projects fully (also manage your stakeholders and the communication with them) - University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Applied Mathematics - A minimum of 4 years of experience in applied Data Science with strong engineering component - Excellent SQL skills with previous experience building data models for analytics purposes using dbt or a similar data transformation tool that emphasises on good engineering practices and system architecture - Prior experience with some of the tools we use in our Data-Stack (Amplitude, dbt, BigQuery, Metabase) - or similar ones
