Role Overview

Join Abridge as a Senior Data Scientist to shape the future of healthcare. You’ll work on analytics, advanced data modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to support product strategy and improve user engagement.

Key Missions

Collect, clean, and analyze internal and external data to extract insights and identify business/product-relevant trends.
Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product features and design changes, and identify gaps in evaluation processes.
Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate data insights into product priorities.
Serve as a domain expert for business context in analytics.

Profile / Requirements

5+ years in product-facing roles, driving product outcomes through A/B testing and setting/achieving ambitious goals.
8+ years using Python, R, and SQL for analytics.
Experience with data visualization using both:
- BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Sigma) and
- Code-based tools (e.g., Seaborn, ggplot2).
Strong team collaboration and comfort supporting others with data problems.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent communication to deliver quantitative findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

Healthcare domain knowledge: healthcare settings, EHR, and healthcare billing.
Experience measuring and driving user engagement using common approaches.
