Role Overview

Join Dropbox as a Senior Data Science Manager for Dash Experience. You will lead a team of data scientists, set technical direction, and drive measurable AI/ML impact by shaping the product roadmap with data-driven insights.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

Manage and scale a high-performing data science team, providing coaching and mentorship.
Plan, execute, and deliver a portfolio of mission-critical data science projects for Dash Experience, providing technical leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Use data-driven insights to identify the most impactful opportunities and directly influence product roadmaps and strategies.

Requirements

10+ years leveraging data-driven analysis to influence product roadmap and business decisions (preferably in a tech company).
Strong foundations in statistical analysis and experimentation design, plus common analytical techniques.
Demonstrated ability to use data to inform product/business decisions with measurable outcomes.
Proven experience managing a portfolio of Data Science projects that improve user experience and drive business impact.
3+ years directly managing data scientists or product analysts.
Exceptional verbal and written communication.
Bachelor’s or above in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering).
Background in SaaS product.
Expertise using data to support AI/ML product development.

Experience in startups and/or building 0→1 products.
