Senior Data Integration Analyst

Role Overview

Senior Data Integration Analyst for the Payment Integrity team. You will design, validate, and improve data mapping and transformation solutions that power payment integrity capabilities, serving as a subject matter expert and mentoring other analysts.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate data mapping, transformation, and integration solutions across multiple systems and data sources.
• Investigate and resolve complex data quality, mapping, and integration issues using testing and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Create and maintain mapping specifications, technical documentation, and other governance resources.
• Improve data quality and automation to increase operational efficiency.
• Mentor analysts and promote best practices through training materials and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years experience in data mapping, data analysis, and data integration.
• 3+ years working with medical claims data.
• Programming experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, or Spark SQL.
• Experience with AWS and complex multi-source data environments.
• Strong understanding of database design, data relationships, transformation logic, and data quality.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and deliver accurate, scalable solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently.
