Collaboration with cross-functional teams to explore how AI can help bridge gaps in the healthcare system.. Participation in the development of new ideas to expand access to care, leveraging direct customer relationships with major health plans. Profile: - Technologies: Python and JS/TS (Join and help us decide!) - Familiarity with varied database types (relational, document, columnar, key-value, vector, etc.) - Data Engineering: At least 5 years of broad experience - Deep understanding of scalable data systems, ETL/ELT pipelines, and observability best practices - Startup Culture: At least 1 year of experience working at the seed stage, whether as a cofounder or early engineer. An impatient desire to hack, scrappiness is a virtue! - Hands-on with BigQuery, Airflow, DBT, or AWS Glue
