About the role

Role overview

As a Senior Data Analytics Analyst at Salesforce, you will build scalable analytics solutions to improve efficiency and productivity across the AMER Business Development organization. You’ll use analytics to model ROI, optimize Salesforce technology usage for outbound motions, and deliver data-driven insights that support increasing ACV.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop scalable solutions to improve AMER Business Development efficiency and productivity, with a focus on increasing Annual Contract Value (ACV).
  • Model ROI and quantify the impact of agentic transformation, acting as the AMER BDR point of view with Product and Technology teams.
  • Optimize and improve Salesforce technology usage for outbound BDR motions:
    • identify challenges and opportunities
    • translate business problems into scalable data-driven outcomes
  • Support analytics and operational improvements through quantitative analysis and structured problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Tableau.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience with quantitative analysis, including Google Sheets and strong logical reasoning.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills (e.g., process optimization, root cause analysis, driving scalable improvements and automation).
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Organized, able to manage multiple priorities with urgency.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM; Admin certification is a plus.
