About the role
Role overview
Join Omada Health’s Care Delivery Capacity & Analytics team as a Senior Data Analyst. The team uses enrollment forecasts, workforce management systems, member/care team engagement, clinical outcomes, and financial indicators to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that support precise operational decisions and safe, effective care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build and continually improve a capacity model evaluating state-by-state clinical licensure, supply, demand, and workforce/performance metrics.
- Lead analytics supporting care delivery initiatives focused on operational precision and care team capacity planning.
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and efficiency of capacity planning and delivery initiatives.
- Design and maintain Tableau (or similar BI) dashboards that are visually compelling and intuitive.
- Define operational processes and support system enhancements to scale capacity & analytics reporting.
- Partner with care delivery and clinical stakeholders to improve data visibility and understanding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with care delivery, clinical, analytics, data science, sales operations, and strategic finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, technology, or a related field (or equivalent blend of experience and certifications).
- 7+ years analytics experience.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Expert-level Excel modeling and data manipulation.
- Tableau (or similar data visualization tool) development experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable self-starter with high autonomy.
- Strong interest in capacity planning, modeling, and workforce management continuous improvement.
Bonus points
- Experience in clinical/operations or supply & demand planning, or healthcare data analyst roles.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar).
- Experience with teams serving Type 2 Diabetes, Hypertension, Behavioral Health, or Physical Therapy.
- Workforce planning experience involving state-by-state licensure requirements.
- Python/R experience.
