Key missions: Lead the end-to-end analytics lifecycle for your domain, partnering with engineers to define data requirements and architect the core warehousing layers.. Design and implement data models with SQL in DBT, and build explores and dashboards in Looker to allow others at the company to ask the right data questions.. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Teams to tackle diverse problems, influence the roadmap, and ensure robust data infrastructure. Profile: - If you are passionate about Data, enjoy working on challenging business problems in a fast-moving environment, and believe in the importance of teamwork, this is the right opening for you - Min. 5 years of experience in Data Analyst roles - Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to clearly explain concepts and actionable insights - Experience with DBT - Nice to have: prior experience in e-commerce with a background in hypothesis-driven A/B Testing - Strong SQL skills; Experience working with a modern Data Warehouse like Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks - Capacity to thrive in a startup/scale-up environment, adapt quickly, work independently, and take ownership of your work - Experience building reports on BI tools like Looker or Tableau - Technical or mathematical education at a Bachelor's or Master's level
