Senior Data Analyst

Role: Senior Data Analyst

Design and execute clinical evidence studies that support personalized cancer care.

What You’ll Do

• Develop clinical data models using dbt and SQL to meet business needs and ensure interoperability between data models.
• Build reports for central monitoring, KPI metrics, and visualization of study performance.
• Create data automation pipelines for reliable data delivery and post-processing to produce analysis-ready datasets.
• Support integration of data across data marts, including de-identification handling for protected health information.
• Maintain and validate code with strong practices around documentation and upkeep.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience, ideally in analytics or consulting supporting Life Sciences/Healthcare.
• Strong command of SQL and scripting languages such as R or Python.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker.
• Experience relevant to oncology/cancer genomics/molecular biology and/or clinical trials.
• Ability to create client-ready deliverables and translate disorganized multi-source data into actionable insights.
• Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization.
• Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Ownership mindset; can navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
