Senior Data Analyst, Specialty Care

Role overview

You’ll join Spring Health’s Business Intelligence organization as a Senior Data Analyst supporting the Specialty Care team. The team provides tailored support for members with complex or acute behavioral health conditions such as substance use disorders, trauma recovery, and neurodiversity needs.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Specialty Care Operations to define, refine, and evolve KPIs as programs scale across conditions and services
• Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Hex, Omni) so non-technical stakeholders can track:
  • member engagement
  • clinical outcomes
  • operational efficiency
• Perform exploratory and ad-hoc analyses to address emerging business questions (e.g., early engagement in new services, impact of platform changes)
• Identify trends and performance gaps and recommend improvements using data-driven insights
• Support data integrity by contributing to dbt models and ensuring consistent, scalable data structures
• Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure access to necessary data sources
• Act as a data advisor to Specialty Care leadership by shaping how success is measured and informing strategic initiatives
• Work with data science to investigate major trends and what drives changes
• Enable downstream teams through training, documentation, and support for dashboards and data products
• Ensure accurate, consistent reporting and data alignment across stakeholders
• Work with analytics engineering to maintain core dbt data models underpinning these metrics

• Full-time remote role with occasional travel for company/team meetings or events
