About the role

Role Overview

Senior Data Analyst for Voice AI & Product Analytics for a client building an AI-powered voice platform.

Location: Remote (U.S.)
Contract: 6-month contract with potential for conversion

Responsibilities

Analyze large-scale datasets, including conversational, behavioral, and product performance data.
Define KPIs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks to evaluate product outcomes.
Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business and product decisions.
Perform statistical analysis to assess performance, validate hypotheses, and find improvement opportunities.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to support launches and growth initiatives.
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Investigate and improve data quality, identify gaps, and help establish reliable measurement practices.
Work effectively in ambiguous environments with incomplete or messy data.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, or related.
Strong SQL for analyzing and manipulating large datasets.
Python experience for data analysis, statistical analysis, and exploration.
Strong statistics and analytical methodology knowledge.
Experience developing KPIs/metrics and performance measurement frameworks.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
Experience partnering with stakeholders to influence product or business decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML/NLP/LLM/chatbots and conversational/voice datasets.
Experience analyzing large-scale customer interaction/behavioral data.
Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
Product analytics experience supporting feature launches, engagement, or growth.
Experience in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.

Nice-to-Haves

Voice AI, speech/call center/conversational AI platform experience.
Experimentation and A/B testing.
Advanced statistical analysis.
Experience with large-scale text/unstructured data.
