About the role

Role Overview

Senior Data Analyst, RevOps focusing on turning post-sales data into actionable insights for revenue, retention, and expansion. You will help define key metrics, improve reporting, and build scalable data workflows that give leadership visibility into customer health and revenue performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full post-sales lifecycle (account management, customer success, and revenue operations) with analytics to drive retention and expansion.
  • Track, analyze, and report on revenue metrics including:
    • Churn
    • Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
    • Gross Retention (GRR)
    • Expansion rates
    • Customer health indicators
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and standardize reporting frameworks.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated reporting workflows.
  • Design and manage dashboards for customer health, renewal risk, and revenue trends.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar; strong exposure to large-scale datasets and business intelligence.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including building queries, models, and data transformations.
  • BI tool experience such as Looker or Tableau, plus strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Solid understanding of RevOps and post-sales metrics (churn, NRR/GRR, expansion, customer health scoring).
  • Experience working with Salesforce data, especially account management and renewal-related objects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical analysis into business recommendations.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, proactive mindset with strong ownership.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight or similar).
